Refunds & Cancellations

At Fast Mobile DNA, refunds are not available once a test has been performed or if DNA kits or supplies have been shipped. Appointments canceled on the day of service are subject to a $75 service fee.

If sample recollection is required and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued, though the test can be rescheduled. Estimated completion times are discussed at scheduling and confirmed during testing; while results are typically delivered on time, occasional delays may occur. 

Once testing is initiated, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
